Make it measured, not ideological
The honest CFO answer is not a slogan in either direction. It is a number. Does this dollar of AI spend produce more value than the best alternative use of that dollar, which includes hiring a person? Demand the ROI math on both sides of the trade, and be willing to be surprised by the answer in either direction.
