Output is not outcome. It is easy to celebrate that you shipped forty posts this month. It is harder, and more important, to ask what those posts actually did.

Tie content to money

Measure the metrics that connect to revenue. Pipeline influenced. Qualified leads generated. Open and reply rates on the email. Not raw volume, not impressions, not a follower count that does not convert.

Set a clear baseline before you scale AI content, then watch whether the curve bends. If more output is not moving pipeline, you do not have a volume problem. You have a message problem or a distribution problem, and producing twice as much will only get you there faster.
